From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.5; Windows 98) BuildID: 2001060703 I love the new modern skin, but i have a suggestion: generally, scrollbars that i've seen (including in Windows or MacOS or xterm or emacs) have the "block" part a darker color than the background part. With the new Modern skin, this is inverted. I'd suggest darkening the "block" part or lightening the other part. Just a suggestion. Feel free to ignore.
