84589 - keyboard Return on Cancel buttons doesn't work.

select any window which has OK and Cancel buttons. _Tab_ your way to Cancel 
button and hit return key. Instead of cancelling it is executing the OK 
function. This is very bad for those who doesn't use mouse. 

latest 9.1 branch builds has this issue....

This bug exists somewhere, but I can't find it, although I do recall it being 
thrown overboard sometime before 6.00 RTM -- :-(

wow...interesting to see that this is being pushed to 0.9.5. I'm pretty sure
there are lot of users out there who uses keyboard a lot.
