84612 - Need to patch OnLocationChange event listener in the gtk embedding widget

We need to add simillar patch as the 05/25/01 16:59 from bug 82236 to gtkembed
too. Otherwise the location bar changes to urls from frames and iframes.
I'll attach the patch later.

I don't see this at all using this url:

The url bar stays the same.

I investigated this before the 0.9.1 release and the docshell handles the logic
of when to send location change notifications and the subframes case.  Is there
another URL where this is seen?

I can't reproduce the problem and I did check it.  If the reporter can come up
with a reporoducable test case then he/she can re-open it.

Now I can't reproduce it too. We was probably using some old checkout in our builds.
