I receeived attachment in email, that contain spaces. The spaces were converted
to %20 when I saved the file (by the way, due to another bug in staroffice they
cannot be opened in it unless renamed)

new text EN.doc
 become
new%20text%20EN.doc


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. send attachment named "document with spaces" to yourself
2. save it to disk


Actual Results:  it is saved as document%20with%20spaces

Expected Results:  it should be saved as "document with spaces"
