To respond to robhudson and andym:

Firefox "Tablet" is going away. That "platform" is imaginary. In the implementation of this bug, we can simply not include it and be one step ahead on bug 845112 or include it and make more work when we need to remove tablet.

The screen size is another metric for both desktop and FX for Android reviews. If the app doesn't work on tablets, then the reviewers should reject the FXA version (and perhaps desktop, since the interface would conceivably also be broken there). Frankly, screen size should play very little role in the app's functionality if it's designed well.

I'd be more interested to see how the progression towards Buchner's Unbuckets will play into this, since that will be more of a gradient than three individual categories. Reviewers could say, "This doesn't work for devices lacking capability X" or "This doesn't work for devices with very high pixel density displays" and the app would be hidden for those devices.
