Shift+F10 and keyboard's context menu button should show context menu when links or inputs are on focus.

When a link is selected, both SHIFT+F10 and the keyboard context menu button are showing the app bar instead of the context menu (cut, copy, paste).
Win+z is the shortcut to show the app bar and that's working.
By contrast, on IE if you have nothing selected, shift+F10 and keyboard context menu both open the app bar, but when a link is selected (or an input or probably whenever makes sense) the context menu shows.
