Clicking the 'Sign-In' button does nothing.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to www.hotmail.com (haven't found another site with the same problem)
2.click 'sign-in'


Actual Results:  Nothing happens...

Expected Results:  A new page should be loaded.

This is probably a result of bug 84550, because the form tries to load
an https-page.

I forgot to mention that I use a proxy (for http and https).

reporter bug 84550 was marked invalid as the reporter did not have PSM
installed, do you have PSM installed?
