6/7 13 branch win98 I was looking at bug 71426, so I tried open location in editor. I got www.mozilla.org into the url and used the pulldown to select editor and then hit ok. Nothing. No window at all.
using menu for same option also results in no window.
similar result for home.netscape.com, probably doesn't work at all. edit page menu from nav window works for home.netscape.com.
right open web location in composer is broken regardless as to what page you select. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 71426 ***
