Geri, are you still experiencing this issue? Could you please confirm whether the issue is still reproducible on the latest Nightly? http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-mozilla-central/
now i have 22.0 and still have the bug. i dont know if i will have the ability to test the nightly on this computer, since i need stable and secure internet browsing for work
version 33.0 - bug is now different. it is now changed a bit in some ways. if i try to download the image by rightclicking on it, with some images (sometimes), the download question does not appears. however, if i use the file/save as menu, it works, and its able to perform the download.
