Details
From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC; en-US; rv:0.9.1) Gecko/20010607 BuildID: 2001060712 If you try to download a file with a really long path to the file, the downloading window is elongated to accomidate. The problem is it pushes the 'OK' button of the side of the screen and you cannot hit return to close the downloading window. For the URL I listed, click on MacBinary to see the issue. Yes you can just click and drag the downloading window over and then click 'OK', but it is annoying. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. http://asu.info.apple.com/swupdates.nsf/artnum/n11916 2. click on MacBinary 3. see issue 4. This appears to be an issue with ANY download with a long path. Expected Results: Word wrap the URL/path to file so the downloading window does not get too long

Jeremy, this is also reported as bug 85173. I usually dupe the newer bug against the older bug but in this case the newer bug has already been confirmed and assigned to the correct engineer. Thanks for the very good bug report. I've confirmed that this happens on Mac, win32 and linux. If you would like to follow progress on this issue you can add yourself to the cc: list on bug 85173 and you will get email notification as the bug fixing progresses. Thanks again for testing Mozilla and reporting bugs. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 85173 ***
