847500 - B2G Browser Stop button does not stop long web page

When loading a long webpage, the Stop button does not stop the loading of the web page

Repro Steps:

1) Updated to Unagi Build ID: 20130225070200
2) open Browser
3) Go to (planet.mozilla.org) while the page is loading, press on the Stop (X) icon
 

Expected:
 After pressing Stop icon, the page stops being loaded and the Stop (X) icon is replaced by the Refresh icon

Actual:
 Pressing the Stop (X) button does not stop loading and the webpage is loaded completely

Repro frequency:
(3/3, 100%, etc)

We need to repro this locally.  Does this reproduce only with pmo or does it reproduce generally?
