We really need whoever is doing the *builds* for these to provide the symbols. Symbols are a build artifact.

Yes, this is something that our release engineering team needs to coordinate with the releng teams of whoever is actually doing the builds; I understand that the current plan is for partners to be doing these builds?

RelEng isn't involved at all with actual shipping device builds - we hand off tagged source to partners. I'm not sure where this bug should go, given that. Let's try somewhere in the B2G product to start with...
