Details

In bug 801402, we stopped exposing a bunch of encodings to the Web. However, our detectors still look for some of the removed encodings including Mac and DOS Russian encodings and EUC-TW.

We should stop detecting encodings that aren't otherwise exposed to the Web.

Fixed by chardetng.
