Steps to reproduce:

Open a website - maybe a heavy one with flash content or so - and zoom with touchpad or mouse. Smooth scroll  must be activated. Immediately after press Ctrl (for example Ctrl+Tab to switch tab).


Actual results:

The page get zoomed, because the smooth scroll kinda "hangs back"...


Expected results:

Pressing Ctrl should interrupt the scrolling process and not lead to page zoom.
