we have found a bug at sumo on the release notes page it seems to be only happening on windows XP stable and nightly 

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:19.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/19.0

it seems to be redirecting to the mobile release notes

we have tried new profiles but same issue

I found the culprit
it's this url from upgrading leads to mobile version: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/19.0/whatsnew/?oldversion=rv:2.0.1

What's the issue, here?  I believe this is an intended promotion, not specifically targeted to specific user-agents or operating systems -- anybody who hits this URL will get that promotion.

Since this is the upgrade welcome page I was expecting info about this last upgrade of Fx desktop
