No Requestee with Email Account Without Name
See screenshot.
Apparently, if you have needsinfo on a bugzilla account that has an email account defined with no name, then we show nothing in the requestee field. We should show the email account as a fallback if no name is provided.

Since we already require login for the dashboard, I have switched to showing login for the requester/requestee values. I tried using the ->identity feature of Bugzilla::User but it took up an unnecessary amount of space when a user has a login real name and email.
