Seems like <https://github.com/mozilla/releases-mozilla-central> is one of the old repos that RelEng was experimenting with. It is causing confusion for people now, and it should be removed from github, I believe.
I'm not sure if we should remove it or replace it with a repo with the CVS-based shas, which we're planning to do in bug 847643. Would the latter solve the problem of confusion? Or is there some other confusion?
