STR:
 1. Connect to Wifi/Data/Roaming
 2. Enable roaming

Expected result:
 According to statusbar-010, which is in scope: "As a user I want an indicator so that I know when I am sharing my data connection (tethering) through WiFi or USB." 

Actual Result:
However, there is no such indicator.

I think there should be a warning. Like when u r in border of countries, it might automatically switch between roaming and normal data connection. It happens a lot in USA/Canada, USA/Mexico, Mid-America, and South-America borders.

What does the roaming indicator have do to with the expected result as described in this bug? Maybe I don't understand the issue yet.

I think data connection implies "data roaming", or maybe we should get UX to see the requirement. It's a good to have for people to understand if they are roaming or not.

Hmm...but the expected result says nothing about roaming so I think we need more details from John on this

Don't understand the bug description, it talks about roaming but referred spec is about tethering.

Let's close this bug and revisit this issue in a later test pass.   Sorry for the lack of clarity earlier.
