Load the given zdnet URL. Wait for the page to start loading; then resize the
window. Note that the page never resizes -- it just shows blank space around
the outside of the page which is still drawn at original size.
Mozillazine.org (currently the browser start page) resizes correctly.
The zdnet page can display at other sizes if I resize the browser window
*before* loading the zdnet page; it's only after starting to load the page that
resizing stops working.
Ramiro -- can you please take a look. I'll try this on NT as soon as my build is
finished.Thanks.

Turns out this happens on mozilla.org too, if I load it after the mozillazine
home page.

With the August 5th (Mac, Win 98, Linux )Builds, I'm not able to reproduce the
problem. I'm able to resize the browser window after the Zdnet site loads.
