In some rare case the phone might reach an OOM case and the home screen does not fully start anymore.  At such point the phone becomes unusable and people are making fun of the product my making video of the device which is oom-looping (no, not me :D)

 - Collect a memory report.
 - Restart the phone.
 - Ask for uploading the memory report.
