Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a private browsing window.
Expected result:
The mask icon in the top right of the window is crisp.
Actual result:
The mask icon is fuzzy, even though a high-resolution image is being used.
This is a regression. I think it started happening when the patches in bug 647216, but I'm not yet certain.
Feel free to move the bug to a different component if needed.
