To reproduce:
*   Go to <http://news.bbc.co.uk/>.
*   Click any of the links which open with RealPlayer (e.g. `BBC News 24
    bulletin').
*   Click OK in the insufferable `do you want me to do what I'm supposed to do,
    or do you want me to do something else' download dialog.
*   When the helper app window opens, close it.
*   Try to do anything in Mozilla.

What should happen:
*   You can.

What actually happens:
*   You can't -- no Mozilla window will take focus when you click in it.
*   Mozilla appears to have hung.

Workaround:
*   Focus another app (e.g. click on the Desktop), then click in a Mozilla
    window.

Er, it's not hung (at least on my system). It's just not the foreground app.
Click on the title bar, and it's back in play.

It's not just a foreground app problem.  Give the reporter a little credit!

I see a bug very much like this one at least once a day (Moz 0.9.1, MacOS
9.0.4).  I could not reproduce the exact focus problem reported above, but what
I see is that occasionally the browser does not allow you to click-to-focus in
ANY text fields (including the location bar).  Clicking another Mozilla window
(e.g. MailNews) and clicking back to the browser restores functionality.  That
is, foregrounding another window in the SAME app fixes things.
