For 20.0b4 (chemspill release) found oddities with state of https://l10n.mozilla.org/shipping/release/select-milestones/ as follows: - when not logged in, option to create beta milestones for SeaMonkey, Lightning, Thunderbird - when logged in, same situation (not able to create for Firefox, Fennec) Due to chemspill, just went with same change sets as 20.0b3 to not block.
OK. The reason was that for the 19 firedrills, milestones did created, which where associated with 20 on the db side, and not marked as shipped. Thus 20 didn't accept new milestones. I removed the 19_0_2 milestones, created 20_b4 ones and chem-spilled them on top of b3. create-milestones is open again to create the b5's once we do those.
