Currently, on the esrtest channel, 10.0.12esr builds update to 17.0.3esr instead of 17.0.4esr. All other 10esr and 17esr versions update correctly to 17.0.4esr.

This will fix it for the next release. kmoir is doing the same manual hackery we needed 17.0.3 to fix up 17.0.4
