Steps to reproduce:
1. go into settings-Bluetooth;
2.turn on bluetooth and pair with other BT device;
3.send files to these BT devices or receive files from these BT devices.
Actual results:
1.when paired with some MTK platform devices(such as MTK6577, MTK6575m), we only can receive files but can not send files successful. 
2.when paired with some Qualcomm Platform Android device(such as V790), we only can send files successful but can not receive files.
Expected results:
1. send and receive files successful.

this bug is similar to 823803. In order to tracking, resubmit it.
