Steps to reproduce:

at page 
ftp://ftp.ni.com/pub/branches/italy/presentazioni/nidays13/
there is a list of pdf to download 04 and 07 with accented vowels in names badly displayed



Actual results:

download of those two is failing, works under chrome



Expected results:

just download/open of the pdf
Downloading the 04 and 07 files is working for me with 
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:22.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/22.0 SeaMonkey/2.19a1

anyway, bugs like this seems to get duped to bug 251892
