Currently we're calculating our response rate on the support forum on a 72hrs basis. Please change the calculation to 24hrs. I would like to keep the 72hrs chart as well for comparison.
We should try to change the history displayed on the KPI dashboard too. Assuming that it is not too much of an effort.

We are changing two things here: * The chart in the KPI dashboard: add a new series that shows the solved in 24hours along with what we already show. * Change the "progress bar" on /questions to be based on 24 hours instead of 72. These are pretty small changes. => 1pt
