Creating folders - (empty) shos up above the bookmark

Details
I just created a folder, filed the bookmark in it. Then I went to that folder,
there were two items:
"(empty)",
and the bookmark itself.
Restarting mozilla gets rid of the "(empty)".
Marking dupe.

Verified. This is indeed a duplicate of bug 79411 --New bookmark folders show
"(Empty)" item until mozilla restarted
