Details
Since version 1.5.2 or later, the IE View add-on (https://addons.mozilla.org/fr/firefox/addon/ie-view) injects ads in webpages without user consent.
The versions 1.5.2 and later are now marked as not reviewed, but since most users are already on version 1.5.5 (https://addons.mozilla.org/fr/firefox/addon/ie-view/statistics/), this is not enough.
Requesting at least soft block, since this ads injection change has been made without user consent.

Per https://wiki.mozilla.org/Blocklisting:
The following are not reasons to block an add-on:
- Inclusion of advertisements or other "spyware" tactics, *unless users did not choose to install the software or were not made aware of the offending functionality.*

We requested the developer to submit new versions for all of their add-ons in order to reset the opt-in pref so no users will continue to see unwanted ads. Once those versions pass review, the problem should be fixed when users update.
We won't blocklist this extension since it's much better to fix the problem through auto-updates.
