User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.0; rv:19.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/19.0
Build ID: 20130307023931
Steps to reproduce:
opened plugincheck page and waited till check finished all plug-ins
Actual results:
!.) Adobe Acrobat: Adobe PDF Plug-In For Firefox and Netscape 10.1.6
shows as Outdated Version
2.) update link "http://get.adobe.com/reader/" shows version 10.1.4
Expected results:
1.) Adobe PDF Plug-In 10.1.6 is up to date on Vista so it should show
Acrobat Reader XI doesn't support Vista and probably never will
http://www.adobe.com/products/reader/tech-specs.html
I guess there will be more questions like this in the future if you don't fix this:
https://support.mozilla.org/de/questions/952389
2.) since Adobe doesn't have a download for version 10.1.6 people will download the older and vulnerable version 10.1.4
if they manage to install it your page did the opposite of what it's meant to do

not sure if you didn't understand me or your QA didn't look it into this yet.
But my up to date Adobe PDF Plug-In 10.1.6 is still listed as outdated on my vista machine.
again: 10.1.6 is not outdated on vista, there are no newer versions for vista
Thanks
