While browsing Bugzilla with many windows open, I somehow triggered a strange
state whereby the back button would not work and was dimmed, the context menu
"back" option would do nothing but was *not* dimmed, and the location bar showed
nothing. I was without any way of going back once I had clicked a link. The only
way of fixing this was to quit and restart.

 I have tried everything to reproduce this bug to no avail. Finding nothing in
Bugzilla to match this, I thought it best to report even although it probably is
just a one-off.

I was only viewing Bugzilla at the time, if that helps.
