For making SeaMonkey 2.16.2 public, we'll need to update the website.

Please "cvs add src/releases/2.16.2.en.html" locally after applying the patch and before committing.

2.16.2.en.html is not part of the patch, so I have to assume you'll add it upon committing. The rest looks good.

This works but I prefer to have only one line per major release, so please use "[12]" (cf. the 2.15 case).
