Description:
Notifications bar is not accessible upon first launching gallery, it is possible to bring it after some activities (sharing via bluetooth or set wallpaper), however, it will then cover gallery content - photos or buttons if open to edit from thumbnail view

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Unagi Build ID: 20130313070202
2) Open Gallery app
3) Observe the screen once the content loads - screenshot 1
4) Tap any image to open full view
5) Tap "share" icon and select "Wallpaper"
6) Select "Cancel" when prompted to confirm wallpaper
7) Tap thumbnail icon (left lower corner) - screenshot 2
8) Tap "edit" icon (right lower corner) - screenshot 3

Expected:
- Notification bar is displayed at the top of the screen so user can pull it down at any time
- Notification bar will not cover app's content in case when it is locked

Actual:
- Notification bar is not displayed
- If it displays it covers apps content

Repro frequency:
100%, 3/3 devices

Hi, 
can someone please take a look here, if it's a valid bug?

I assume that status bar should be viewable from any app (probably with exception of the Camera app), currently status bar is not shown when launching Gallery and Video apps, these apps fill up the screen and there is no option to the user to bring it up...

The notification bar is still not visible on Unagi 1.1 mozilla RIL while in the Gallery app.

Gallery app is a fullscreen app. It is correct behavior to hide notification bar. As comment 4, if notification bar is always invisible, this bug should not exist, and may be invalid or worksforme.

Retested on more recent Leo, Unagi builds - notification bar is ALWAYS invisible, unable to reproduce screenshots 2 and 3 (attachment 724571 [details] , attachment 724572 [details]), unless it is consistent it makes a perfect sense... resolving this bug as invalid
