A few changes to the questions displayed within the Privacy Policy/Project area. The overall goal is to eliminate cascading questions (answer 1 question and more appear) and simplify this area.

Change 1:
Remove the 2nd question which was about User Data

Change 2:
Remove the 3d question which was about a Legal Bug

Change 3:
Add a new question

Change 4:
Currently the first question, about the privacy policy is a yes/no question where answering "yes" spawns another question for the user to supply a privacy policy link. We'd like to simplify this cascading question to a single question:
