A bunch of packages got bumped yesterday and uploaded to pypi (see bug 838374). These should be mirrored to puppetagain.

The packages are:
mozdevice 0.21
mozprofile 0.5
mozprocess 0.9
mozrunner 5.15

We had 403 https://tbpl.mozilla.org/php/getParsedLog.php?id=20654831&tree=Mozilla-Inbound&full=1#error1

Changed permissions to 664 instead of 644.

I will update the instructions.

This is due to the default 027 umask on the puppetagain servers :\
I'm going to file a bug about that.
