Details
Gaia Browser should handle "callto:" links similar to "tel:" - open dialer app, pre-fill with number.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Browse to: http://adactio.com/contact/
2. Tap on Phone or Mobile links starting with +44.
3. Browser fails to navigate, or holding down the links gives you an option to open in another tab, which just re-opens the current page.
Expected behavior:
3. should be browser hands "callto:" number off to the Dialer app to attempt dialing it, similar to how it handles "tel:" links (e.g. tap on the 510... link on http://npdoty.name to see how this works).
"callto:" parsing/handling is defined in http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-antti-telephony-url-00

Should we handle callto: links in the same way as tel: links? I didn't know that was a thing. Moving bug to platform.
