User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:19.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/19.0
Build ID: 20130307023931
Steps to reproduce:
I was browsing websites, Facebook, reading news, forums, etc. and I discovered Firefox 19 is having a very serious problem displaying websites, because it shows blurred letters.
Actual results:
Firefox 19 is showing blurred letters when browsing websites, during certain conditions. To understand what I mean, just take a look to these screenshots...

This happened to me at Google, Youtube and even in the Mozilla Firefox forums.
Seems to be when the text is close to GIF animations, it is shown blurred.
Also, if I press the right click of my mouse and I get the contextual menu, in the contextual menu, I've seen sometimes also blurred letters.
I confirm you this is not a failure of my windows, because this never happen in any other software and other browsers works fine, as Chrome, Maxthon or Explorer.
The failure is very disturbing and do not allow users to enjoy the web browsing experience. I am using Chrome right now until you fix this.
Expected results:
Showing characters normally and not blurred.
Could this be related to this?
Microsoft Update: Windows 7 x64 Edition (KB2670838)
This update uprade DirectX 11.1 for Windows 7 and update DX 11.1 components such as Direct2D, DirectWrite, Direct3D, Windows Imaging Component (WIC) and Windows Advanced Rasterization Platform (WARP)
????
Seems to be the problem can be fixed deactivating the Hardware acceleration... going to: Menu... Tools... Options... Advanced... and deactivating the hardware acceleration when available.
However this problem is still there, because hardware acceleration cause websites to fail and show blurred letters

Seems to be this bug is related with this one:
Bug 812695 - [D2D] Text Rendering Issues due to Windows 7 Platform Update KB2670838 (MSIE 10 Prerequisite)
Do you have ATI GPU, just like in the bug above?
Does the bug happen when running in Safe Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles
If so, I think this should be moved in "Graphics: Text" component.
