Adblock Plus has an issue reporting feature to report unblocked ads or issues to the filterlist maintainers like me. Here is an issue report of a user who has "Torrent Handler" (extension ID: "TorrentHandler@TorrentHandler.com") instealled:

It seems it injects these ad links in webpages.
A user also reported that in the Adblock Plus forum and confirmed that the links were gone after removing that extension:
