Very few jetpack addons are using nsIContentPolicy, whereas something like 150 xul addons do... including popular ones like flashblock, that ends up being very close to the new firefox features of click-to-play plugins!

Only 4 jetpack addons are using it:
 - block.it from tim taubert,
 - user csp from a contributor (Kailas Patil)
 - prospector about:trackers from labs
 - no google analytics from erik

I think we should write a JEP & include this into list of SDK goals if we wanna ship it,
otherwise we're end up using resources that we should be using on delivering other goals.

I think it's better to leave this as a 3rd party module at this point.
