Details

Verified on Unagi (latest gaia), both GeeksPhones and the ZTE device. When you swipe fast up and down the hiding / showing of the address bar works fine. However when doing this slowly the address bar will randomly appear and disappear and the scrolling position will be off. This doesn't happen in the simulator. I have attached a video of it happening on my Unagi.
