Details

The Australis redesign gets rid of the AppMenu button, which is our primary indicator that we're in a PB window for Windows and Linux. We'll need to do something else once the AppMenu button goes away.
We also need to know how PB mode will be indicated if the menubar is not autohidden. We used to put the mask in the menubar. Will we still do this, or will our new non-AppMenu approach not require us to use two methods? Steven - did you have any ideas on this?

We want to do the dark private browsing mode for Australis: http://cl.ly/image/3T0Y0R0K283K We settled for the mask indicator for v1 since we were changing the theme for Australis anyway.
