"Flags requested of you" doesn't show flags that are requested on Resolved bugs

I got an email saying that a review was requested of me, but when I loaded the My Dashboard page I didn't see the review listed in the "Flags requested of you" section.

I'm pretty sure that this is because the referenced bug has already been resolved.
Maybe adding a checkbox called 'Show Resolved' that will refresh the flags list when it is toggled will work for this.
