In bug 844331, we made saving pings at the end of the session follow a two-step process:

1) Save things that might require the profile directory;
2) Write out the ping later, when we're not sure we can retrieve the profile directory.

Now that we've added profile-before-change2 to respond to clients of Telemetry, we don't need this complicated process.  We can just do the saving in profile-before-change2 always.
