Attachment: Screen displaying attachment + button inconsistency.

Repro Steps:

1. Update device to build 20130321070203.
2. Open the e-mail app and setup an account.
3. Press the compose button in the top right corner to open the compose message screen.
4. Observe that the add attachment + button is displayed right after the "Attachments:" title, where the rest of the + buttons are oriented to the right side of the screen.

Actual Results:

The button to add attachments is inconsistent with the rest, it is oriented to the left side of the screen, where the other three are oriented to the right.

Expected Results:

All + buttons are displayed in the same way.

Notes:

After adding an attachment, the + button orients to the right side of the screen.
