Attachment: SIM card not ready message

Description:
After manually flashing and many resets and reboots Unagi still shows "SIM card not ready" under Cellular & Data within Settings.

Repro Steps:
1) Manually Update to Unagi Build ID: 20130322070202
2) Go to Settings
3) Observe the message under Cellular & Data.

Expected:
Message to show the carrier like AT&T for example

Actual:
"SIM card not ready"

Repro frequency:
3/3

Under Settings - Cellular & Data - Data Settings - the fields are blank despite both Data connection and Data roaming switches turned on.

Logcat titled "sim card not ready issue" attached.

NOTE:
Step 4 in the STR should have been run the revertnightly.sh script which I have also attached in order to change the channel from "beta" to "nightly".
