Novica, I just assigned a bug to a new volunteer (Jovanka), I will probably assign her a second one tomorrow so as that we can test her work. Could you not translate these two files so as that she has work to do? :

yes, I would prefer a new volunteer to do this one because it's a very visible one (like download buttons) and it's always gratifying for a new volunteer to work on something they will see easily on mozilla.org.
