Details
Launching apprunner in thousands and then switching to millions causes a weird black on black color scheme (kinda cool, but difficult to read).

Yes, I can reproduce this problem on the Mac July 1st Build. However, Win 98 and
Win NT don't have this problem when switching bit depths with Apprunner still
opened.

I added code in nsWindow.cpp for the Mac to generate a NS_DISPLAYCHANGED event,
as per Keven M. this should be handled in the ViewManager code to cause all the
offscreen buffers, images, etc to re-load or initialize. I also put in the
support to the GFX code to use the current depth of the main device when
building the buffers. I am giving this to you Patick to put the support in the
view manager. Kevin says you have another bug that needs this for windows.. so
this is now a dup of that bug.. since it should be XP code and the mac now
supports this new event.
