In the documentation we've got meta being used for information: https://github.com/mozilla/zamboni/commit/bcb348e0c247af4727790dbc4a07b116491666b4#L1R27 I think it would be nicer if we kept all listing responses consistent, that has at least two keys in the dictionary meta and objects. Overriding meta makes the API inconsistent. Checked with @cvan and @basta who are cool with that change.
