85498 - [plaintext] No throbber in plaintext editor

There should be a throbber in plaintext editor windows, since there is a 
space on the toolbar for it and the progress meter is hooked into the 
throbber's state.

Fix is in hand, will attach to the bug some time either Thursday or Friday.
