2. transfer a file
3. transfer another file and pull down the notification

## Expected :
both bluetooth file icons look centered

based off of bug 822687; 

I find the workflow odd that you have to pull down the notification to get the blue tooth transfer rather than overlay right away.  Is that by design or a separate bug?
